I watched your show on the 3ABN channel yesterday here in Virginia for the first time and my son and I have gone without meat for almost seven months. My son and I also started the Daniel Fast in December 2009. I have lost 25 pounds and I love it. I feel so wonderful since I have done away with meats, breads and sugars. I am still a diabetic; however, I am not on insulin anymore and I exercise every day. I believe that I can go with out meat from now on and one reason is because you have given me different ways to prepare vegetarian meals. I will be preparing some of them soon. Oh, by the way, I have attended the Seven Day Adventists Church in Newport News, Virginia for over eight years. May God continue to bless your ministry. Thank you
